In the works
We've been browsing around the Chattanooga burbs for our first home, and today we put down an offer that was accepted by the sellers. We got a little bit of kickback from the seller's agent who seemed adamant on us not getting a good price for the house, but luckily we weren't forced to go beyond our means and still received a pretty decent deal on the property. The projected closing date will be sometime around late June/early July as the sellers haven't found a new home yet, so we'll keep you posted on the progress. In the meantime, you can check out some (so-so) pics from the MLS listing on Picasa.

Well, thank goodness you have a wet bar is all I have to say. Seriously though, CONGRATULATIONS! I can't wait to see it with your furniture/paint colors/etc.
